Do I need prior yoga experience?

No—you’re welcome here at any level. Whether it’s your first time on a mat or you’ve practiced for years, our instructors tailor cues and modifications so you can move with confidence.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself and an open mind. We provide mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters—everything you need to feel supported.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class for a full credit. After that window, the class is non-refundable.

Do you have restrooms and showers?

We do. There are two private restrooms with showers exclusively for members—perfect for rinsing off and changing before or after your practice.

How early should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, choose a mat location, and settle in.

Can I try a class before committing?

Absolutely. We offer a special introductory pass—three classes at a discounted rate—so you can explore different styles and find your flow.

What if I’m injured, or have special needs?

Please let us know on booking or speak with your instructor before class begins. We offer gentle modifications and a variety of class types to accommodate all bodies and needs.
